PIZZERIA DELFINA POP-UP PARTY

Come spend this Thursday evening with us at the Rigg's Distributing showroom down in Burlingame for an exclusive Pizzeria Delfina pop-up party with Chefs Craig Stoll and Brandon Wells. There will be hands-on demonstrations of seasonal vegetable dishes, delicious bites and libations from the Pizzeria Delfina menu and take-away goodies.

House-made mortadella on carte di musica with peppers
Demonstrations and Bites:
Fresh Stretched Mozzarella Demonstration with marinated peppers, zucchini, eggplant and basil oil
Seasonal vegetable preparations featuring cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, artichokes and collard greens
Dessert at the Gelato Cart:
Gelato and brioche with 3 different flavors of Gelato (pistachio, strawberry balsamic, chocolate)
A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Golden Gate Restaurant Association Scholarship Foundation*.
Must be 21 or over to attend. Advanced ticket purchase required. Seating is limited.
