Skyelark Ranch Pie for Sapore di Marzo
This March, we're teaming up with Kitchen Table Adivsors to support and celebrate local farms. During their Sapore Di Marzo event, each of our Pizzerias are paired with a local farm. Our Chefs then craft unique pies, highlighting the farm's products, which are sold for just one week. Proceeds benefit the important work Kitchen Table Advisors does to empower local, sustainable farmers.
March 1 - 6, our Mission Pizzeria featured the craveable Hikari Pie, with grilled Negri onion and wasabi arugula from Hikari Farms, pancetta, and fontina.
March 14 - 20, we're highlighting Skyelark Ranch at our Pacific Heights Pizzeria. The Pie has cotiche sausage, farm egg, and dandelion greens.
